I guess you could dance to this the same way you could dance to a metronome. Without looking at the track number while playing you would think they cloned all the tracks from the same 5 minutes of drum machine beat. Were *any* artists involved with this or did they just turn on the drum machine for the length of the disc. I'm completely baffled by this disc. I like chill, I like lounge, but this disc is just a bad joke (on the purchaser). Almost no melody, very little vocals, maybe an occasional note from a bass. Every track (and I mean every track) has the exact same monotonous beat (thump thump thump). All the tracks are almost wholly indistinguishable.
As always, Lisa Shaw ends the album with a great song. In particular, the last 6 songs are great. This album is a great representation of the sultry sexy house sound that has come out of San Francisco. This album is hard to find these days.
I love it, when you listen to it, you'll see. Actually I'll go play it right now, that's a good idea. Just get it. Love it, this is one of my favorite cd's I had to replace because I listen to it so often. One of the best in all the cd's I own.
I'm glad that i did. Sometimes people don't understand what's unique and glamorous and what's not., or just because they don't have the class to see it. i bought the entire collection of Naked-Music, and i don't have regrets. For those who said that it's boring, i feel sorry. So let me tell you this: you invite some friends, get some of your best cloth, make your favorite drink put some food on the coffee table and enjoy, nobody can stop you know, the Frank Sinatra on you is back, and wants to party a lot.Cheers. It is sexy, fresh and more important it never gets old. I have been listening to this CD for 7 years now, and yesterday i coundn't resist no more and i bought it.
This album contains track after track that sound the same both within the track and as each other.
